Rented out for many years the original three bedroom Belconnen house in a quiet street on a large block was long overdue for an upgrade. We were commissioned to design an extension and renovation to modernise this excellent investment opportunity.
We undertook an extensive design process collaborating with the owner to develop a fabulous home that’s unrecognisable from its origins. Key to the success of this project was seamlessly meshing the owners budget with the desire for a fourth bedroom /ensuite extension.
We raised the energy rating of the residence from 0.5 Stars to an incredibly comfortable 6.0 Stars! (practically unheard of at this price point)
