The comfort and pleasure of this home was vastly improved with the addition of a morning sun space dining area, master bedroom ensuite with walk-thru robe and garage.
New double glazed windows throughout including the new skylights with their UV block-out blinds keep this home snug and comfortable all year. The morning sun light fills the dining, kitchen and bedrooms. Renovation of the existing house included a beautiful solid timber kitchen and joinery with innovative use of bamboo bookcase and desks, not to mention stabilizing the solid brick structural walls with strategically placed sacrificial heavy duty hydraulic jacks.The solid ash timber floor was laid over the new master bedroom concrete slab and continued through the house over the top of the existing pine wood floor. The effect was both a superbly beautiful floor as well as dramatically improved insulative properties and underfoot comfort
